Most people are going to be checking out the big T-Rex on the front of this Ugly Christmas Sweater, so the fact that there was slight damage on the back of this sweater due to the vacuum sealed packaging may go unnoticed, but I know it's there and it cost a star. There are 2 big dark lines down the back where the sweater was folded before being packaged.
Gone are the days that sweaters are actually knitted, this material is all synthetic and feels a little weird, it's like they tried to simulate a woolen look and feel but never quite got it right. It was a hugging, tight fit even though it was recommended that I order XL and I confirmed that on the size chart. It's not scratchy but not smooth either, and it feels like if you catch a thread it will be the end of the sweater.
The colors are bright and the images are clear and visually this is a great sweater, but I am concerned that the synthetic materials will make it unwearable for long term wear.
The price is also high for a wear it once sweater (40 bucks at time of purchase) so I need to try to find a few festive reasons to wear it and try to get value for money this T-ReXmas.
Bottom line, if you have a need for a festive sweater, and don't mind paying for a clothing item you may only wear once or twice then go for it, but order a size up.
