Being a techy person means that I have all manner of mobile devices, all of which need to be charged at some point during the day. It's easy to charge a phone or tablet at home or in the office, but to have an option of charging them both in the car is great. And that's where the +LIFEGUARD Car Charger 2.1A comes in handy.

I have used car chargers before and they are great for cellphones, but when it comes to charging a tablet you need more amps, and that's exactly what this charger has. As an added bonus, you can charge a tablet and a phone at the same time.

This charger has a low profile, so it doesn't protrude too far from the 12V socket, and the knurled grip makes it easy to remove without having to twist and tug too much. The makers of this charger have put a lot of thought into the design to make this an attractive and functional device, but the real clincher for me was the sexy blue LED ring around the top, Not only does it look awesome, but it also guides you to the USB ports for plugging in while it's dark.

There are no real negatives about this charger, it looks good, it works as it should, and you can charge two devices at the same time. What more could a guy want? How about an identical charger that comes in silver? The +LIFEGUARD Car Charger 2.1A is available in black or silver so that you can contrast or compliment your vehicle's interior color.

Overall I love this charger and use it daily. I would recommend it to anybody who is looking for an in car charger, especially if you need to charge 2 devices or have a device which needs a high amp charger, like a tablet.
