Contest Terms and Conditions
- The Winner(s) will be selected at random from all qualifying entries and must be willing to submit the following information in order to process the prize claim form. Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Shipping Address. This is a requirement for shipping purposes. This information is not kept or sold, and we will not use it in any way other than to get your prize sent to you.
- The winner will be announced after confirmation and claim form submission. The winner will be identified by a first name and surname initial and state of residence. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If a winner does not or can not comply with the above mentioned conditions within 48 hours, another winner will be selected at random and will be subject to the same conditions.
