Syono Arch Support Shoe Inserts

By +Ian C

As a retail manager in real life, I spend a lot of time on my feet and by the end of my work day my feet and legs ache. On the advice of a colleague I looked for an arch support insert to help my ailing feet. I came across the Syono Arch Support Shoe Inserts and gave them a try.

The inserts were easy to cut to size with a pair of household scissors and slipped easily inside my favorite tennis shoes. Putting the shoes on felt a little weird like putting on a new pair of shoes for the first time, but the feet adjusted quickly to the strange shapes beneath them.

And so, off to work for another marathon shift, feeling a quarter inch taller. The inserts were quite unnoticeable for the first 3 hours and then I noticed my arches getting sore. I battled through the discomfort because that's what we do when we have new shoes to break in. I battled for another hour then my toes started tingling so I took them out and and continued my shift without inserts.

The next day I tried again and was in extreme discomfort within 2 hours and was forced to discontinue using them. I have resigned myself to the fact that while these inserts may work well for some people, they are not going to work for me. I have not given up on my search for an insert but will consult a professional in order to find one that will benefit my feet.
